Mr. William E. “Billy” Suggs, Sr., 71, of Clarksville, Fla., died on Friday, June 3, 2011, at his home. The family has asked that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Covenant Hospice in William E. Suggs, Sr.’s name. Memoralization will be by cremation. Heritage Funeral Home of Panama City was in charge of the arrangements (ph. 785-1316).
