Mrs. Thelma Neva (Wise) Scott, 78, of Tallahassee passed away early Saturday morning, December 4, 2010, in Monticello, FL. Funeral services were held Monday, December 6, at 11 am (CST) at Peavy Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Roger Phillips officiating. Interment followed in the Pine Memorial Cemetery in Blountstown.
