Settlement’s Ice Cream Social enjoyed by all

Young Cannan Wynn  is shown above really enjoying his ice cream with his great grandmother Fay Bailey at Saturday night’s annual Ice Cream Social at the Panhandle Pioneer Settlement.  Cannan is the son of  Candace and James Wynn.  The Ice Cream Social was a huge success and enjoyed by all who attended.
