REC hosted Meet the Candidates event

The Calhoun County Republican Executive Committee hosted a Meet the Candidates event for local candidates in the upcoming primary election Thursday night at the W.T. Neal Civic Center in Blountstown. It was a non-partisan event, so candidates, regardless of party affiliation, were allowed three minutes to speak and all participants did a good job. Approximately 70 citizens interested in the upcoming primary election attended the event.
