A young Marianna man is on trial in Liberty County, accused of raping a teenager during a birthday party last summer. Zachary Ray “Red” McCormick, 19, was charged back in June with sexual battery on a juvenile 12 years of age or older in the case. Four witnesses testified on Monday. The case is expected to go to the jury by Wednesday.
