Mr. Phillip B. Melvin, 55, of Altha, Florida, passed away Wednesday night, February 23, 2011, in Panama City, FL.Funeral services were held Saturday, February 26, at 11 am (CST) at Peavy Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed in the Kynesville Baptist Church Cemetery in Kynesville.
