People Turn Out For Panhandle Folk Life Days

Well over 1000 students (900 on Friday alone!) and grownups turned out for Panhandle Folk Life Days held Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the Pioneer Settlement in Blountstown. The event featured old time games, demonstrations, tours of the cabins, hayrides, and all sorts of lessons in the way things were done back in the mid 1800s. From the smiles on these faces, it was clear there was plenty of fun to be had by all ages! Kudos to the Settlement volunteers on another outstanding event.
