Patricia L. “Pat” Godwin

Patricia L. “Pat” Godwin, 58, of Grand Ridge, FL, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2010, at Jackson Hospital.Born in Newark, NJ, Pat had resided most of her life in Jackson County and was a former employee of the Russell Corp.She was preceded in death by a step-son, George Grant Godwin; a sister, Shirley Varney; and a brother, Bill Lehman.Survivors include her husband, George W. Godwin, of Grand Ridge; two daughters, Paula Chapman and husband, Leonardo, of Greensboro; Christy Griffin and husband, Jason Stewart, of Crawfordville; one step-son, Grady Godwin, and wife, Kim; one step-daughter, Ginger Rushing, and fiance’, Dan Smith, all of Green Cove Springs; one sister, Carol Yon, of Greenwood; three brothers, James Lehman of Arizona, Daniel Lehman of Central Florida and Albert Lehman of Recovery, Ga.; 11 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.Memorization will be by cremation with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
