
MARY DELPHINE FOSTER
Mary Delphine Foster, 91, born March 15, 1932, in Connecticut, passed away March 11, 023. She worked as a Registered Nurse before her children were born and was a long time resident of Blountstown, FL. Mary enjoyed gardening, farm animals, and discussing world politics. She was known for long, intellectual conversations and never met a stranger. Mary was a loving and kind mother of 8 children, whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her children William “Billy” Carder Jr. and Patricia Anne Carder. Surviving children include Debra Carder Carry Martin and spouse, Christopher, Barbara Carder Boyd and spouse, Bill, Jacquelyn “Jackie” S. Carder and spouse, Rick Watson, Jeannie Carder Tancredi and spouse, Douglas, Charles Foster and spouse, Jessica, Dianne Foster and spouse, Ufuk Goksen. Grandchildren include, Elizabeth, Tiffany, West, Olivia, Jennifer, Amanda, Krystol, Justin, Lauren, Vilet, Dane, Mallory, Elizabeth, Megan, Ella, Miles, and Gabriel. Great grandchildren include, Alex, Dominque, Chris, Rosie, Mia, Caitlyn, Mathew, Lidiyia, Hailey, Mckenna.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

JAIMIE KATRINA MORGAN POTTER
Jaimie Katrina Morgan Potter (44) passed away unexpectedly on March 12, 2023, at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee, FL. Jaimie attended Liberty County High School. She received her GED and earned a degree in Medical Billing and Transcription. Jaimie was of Christian faith. Jaimie was a homemaker who lived the majority of her life in Calhoun and Liberty counties.
Jaimie was an avid reader who aspired to be an author. She loved reading books, completing word searches, playing scrabble, drawing, and watching movies. She enjoyed gossiping with her Aunt Diann, cooking and eating a homemade meal, playing with her family’s dog, Jack, and going to yard sales. In her younger years, Jaimie loved to go fishing and be on the go with her favorite cousin, John. Jaimie would often share about times where her adventurous spirit led to her being stranded on the Telogia Creek after her boat sank. Regardless of the experience, Jaimie managed to laugh about it later.
Jaimie’s family will miss her loving, kind, and generous nature.
Jaimie was preceded in death by her grandparents: Roland Larkins and Oneta Larkins of Bristol, FL; and John W. and Laura Mae Morgan of Kinard, FL; her father, James “Buster” Morgan of Kinard, FL; her sister, Kimberly “Beth” McCoy of Blountstown, FL; her aunt, Jackie Kelley, of Chipley, FL; her niece, Savannah Kyle of Bristol, FL, her nephew, Matthew Harper, of Blountstown, FL, and Carlos Arrazattee, her stepfather.
She is survived by her mother, Joan Morgan of Blountstown; Her Stepfather Michael Williams of Telogia; her daughter, Jordan Black and her husband, Brandon of Quincy; her grandson, Brantley Calvin Black of Quincy; her sister, Shannon Harper and her husband, Leroy, of Bristol, sister Angel Tipton of Wewahitchka; sister Karen Morgan Tolley of Blountstown; her sister Lynn Peddie and her spouse, Bryant Johnson, of Altha, brother in law John Paul McCoy of Blountstown; her sister, Heather Walden, and her husband Ryan, special cousin, John Martin, and his wife Dana, of Tallahassee; a special friend, Don Dover, of Chattahoochee as well as her estranged husband, Byron Potter; with a host of nieces and nephews. She loved her transit family: Mrs. Linda and Mr. Greg and Jaimie especially loved her doctor, Misbah Farooqi.
Services to honor Jaimie’s life will be held Monday, March 20, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home Chapel . Interment will follow at Pine Memorial Cemetery near Blountstown. A time of visitation will be held one hour prior to services. Officiants will include Pastor David Goodman, Blountstown First Pentecostal Holiness Church in Blountstown and Pastor Ken Bohannon of Shady Grove Pentecostal Church.
