CHACE H. DONAHUE
Chace H. Donahue, better known as Super Chace, of Blountstown, FL passed away January 30, 2023. He was born October 22, 2004, in Tallahassee, FL and from then on was a very fun loving, hyperactive, and smile spreading young man. He never met a stranger that he didn’t infect with his overabundance of joyful laughter or love. He loved being with his Dad and Uncle the most, but adored his sisters and cousins in the best way. No matter what life threw at him, he always kept that loving smile on his face. There was never any time for negativity or sadness when he was around. It was only up from here. He enjoyed all things chocolate, pizza, and barbecue. You could call him anything but never late for meals. He only hated two things in life Jello and Commercials. Who had time for that? He was obsessed with all things Marvel and DC. If you weren’t he didn’t hate on you, but he did feel sorry for you. But in the end, Chace loved everyone very much.
Family left to carry on Chace’s memory are his father and mother, Devyn and Michelle Mears Donahue, of Blountstown, FL; sisters, Trinity, Jemma, and Dixie Donahue, of Blountstown, FL; grandparents, Carlos and Ava Montijo of West Palm Beach, FL, Leta Knight Mears of Blountstown, FL, Steve and Pat Mears of Blountstown, FL. He also leaves behind many loving and amazing aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, caretakers, school family, community, caregivers, medical professionals, and church family that any person would dream to have in their 18 years of life.
Funeral services were held Friday, February 3, 2023 at the Peavy Funeral Home Chapel with visitation beginning at 4:00 PM and memorial service following at 5:00 PM (CST) with Reverend Tim Rhoads and Reverend Michael Morris officiating.
