The Commerce Building renovations, including a new storefront and windows were underway over the weekend. As part of a grant administered by the Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners, a contract was awarded to BGN of
Panama City to replace all windows, doors, and storefronts of the building. Old windows, plywood, and rotten framing were being removed from the entire building to be replaced with new ones. Work should be completed by September.
