Mary Magdalene Davis Chambers of Mt. Isa, Qsld, Australia, passed away Friday, Oct. 21, 2011. She was born in Blountstown on April 12, 1942, to the late James M. and Lucy V. (Ayers) Davis. She was predeceased by her mother-in-law and father-in-law in Australia. Survivors include her husband, Lawrence Chambers; one son, Morgan Chambers; three brothers, James O. Davis and wife, Erma, Charlie D. Davis and wife, Rosemary, and Howard H. Davis and wife, Londa; one sister, Marie Davis Wilson and husband, Melvin; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law in Australia, several nieces and nephews, and other extended family both here in the USA and Australia. A memorial service for her was held Oct. 31 in Mt. Isa, Australia.
