Local law enforcement shares Christmas spirit

The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office, the Blountstown Police Department, and the Calhoun County School Board partnered with Toys for Tots to distribute toys to the children in our community this Christmas. According to Sheriff Michael Bryant, this effort was made possible through the dedication and teamwork of many individuals who generously gave their time and support. “We are truly grateful to everyone who played a role in helping ensure the children in our community have a joyful and memorable Christmas,” Sheriff Bryant stated.

“We would like to extend a huge thank you to Celebration Baptist and Neil Davis with Marianna Walmart for helping make this possible. Because of your generosity and support, we were able to provide 200 Christmas gifts to the children of individuals housed at Liberty County Jail, Liberty County Sheriff Dusty Arnold said Sunday. “This was truly a team effort, and we are grateful for our deputies, detention deputies, inmates, and Walmart staff who came together to help make this Christmas season brighter.”
