Liberty County Recreation Department Seeks Basketball Players

The Liberty County Recreation Department is still seeking boys and girls interested in playing basketball. Registration is still open at the Veterans Memorial Civic Center for boys and girls ages 6-13 and will continue through the end of December. Registration fee is $30 and will cover the cost of a jersey and league fee. Depending on the number of participants the league will be broken into age groups 6-7yrs, 8-10yrs, and 11-13yrs. Game sites will be determined based on the number of participants throughout the county.
