A Bristol man is being held without bond in the Liberty County Jail accused of sexual battery on a victim under 12. Roger Dale McDaniel, 46, was arrested Monday for alleged acts on an eight-year-old. Cases involving other children are also being investigated. According to the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office, the child disclosed to her father that McDaniel molested her and other children during camping trips. The girl provided detailed accounts to a child protective investigator, including the fact that McDaniel took photographs on his phone.
