NOTICE OF JUDICIAL SALE

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in the above styled cause on the 21st day of October, 2022, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 19th day of January, 2023, to the highest bidder for cash, at the Calhoun County Courthouse located at 20859 Central Avenue, Blountstown, Florida 32424, all Calhoun foreclosure sales begin at 11:00 A.M. CST on the front steps of the courthouse, for the following described property:

Parcel 1: Begin at a 6-inch concrete monument (St. Joe Lane & Development Co.) marking the west ¼ corner of Section 32. Township 2 North, Range 10 West, Calhoun County, Florida: thence N.00D19’28”E., along the west boundary of the northwest ¼ of said section, a distance of 1283.18 feet to a 4 inch by 4 inch concrete monument on the southerly right-of-way line of County Road No. 274; thence N 69D11’26”E., along said right-of-way line, a distance of 631.72 feet to a ½ inch iron road and cap (PSM 2142): thence departing said right-of-way line on a bearing of S.00D17’30”W., a distance of 2.632.29 feet to a ½ inch iron road and cap (PSM 2142) set on the south boundary of the north ½ of the southwest ¼ of said section: thence N.89D59’57”W., along said south boundary, a distance of 632.21 feet to a railroad iron marking the southwest corner of the northwest ¼ of the southwest ½ of said section: thence N.00D17’30”E., along the west boundary of  the southwest ¼ of said section, a distance of 1.328.35 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

The administration of the estate of HARVEY TAYLOR, Deceased, whose date of death was December 11, 2021, is pending in the Circuit Court for CALHOUN County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 20859 Central Ave, Bloutstown, Fl. 32424. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative’s attorney are set forth below.

All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.

All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.

Failure to contact this office within 30 days after this notice is published may result in a determination of ineligibility by the Supervisor of Elections and removal of the registered voter’s name from the statewide voter registration system.  You should contact this office at 850-674-8568 to receive information regarding the basis for the potential ineligibility and instructions on how to resolve the matter, or request additional assistance if needed. 

The Supervisor of Elections will make a determination no less than 30 days after this published notice and if removed will notify the voter of the determination and action taken.
