RFP – Insurance Consultant/Broker Services

Liberty County (the “County”) hereby gives notice that it has issued a Request for Proposals from experienced and qualified professional Insurance Consultants/Brokers to provide Insurance Consultant/Broker Services to assist the County in procuring Insurance coverages. This Consultant/Broker will work with the Liberty County Clerk of Court, County Attorney and Board of County Commissioners. Interested parties are asked to carefully review the County’s expectations of experience and qualification as stated in the RFP Instructions.

Sealed proposals will be received at the Liberty County Clerk of Court’s office located at 10818 NW SR 20, Bristol, FL 32321 until 2:00 PM (EST) on June 3, 2024. Submittals will be publicly opened immediately thereafter. The qualifications and other information should be submitted in strict compliance with the directives provided in the RFP Instructions.  The County is under no obligation, either express or implied, to reimburse responding firms for any expenses associated with preparation and submittal of the Proposals in response to this request.
Six (6) proposals (one (1) original and five (5) hard copies) along with a digital copy are required to be submitted in a sealed envelope or box, plainly marked with respondent’s name, address, date, time of RFP deadline and stating, “Liberty County – RFP- Insurance Consultant/Broker Services.”
