NOTICE OF INTENT:  In accordance with Chapters 373 and 120, Florida Statutes, the Northwest Florida Water Management District (District) hereby notices its intent to adopt proposed Rule 40A-1.2026, F.S., Easements Across District Owned Lands to Privately-Owned Lands published in the Florida Administrative Register on June 9, 2023.

SUMMARY: The rulemaking creates a new rule establishing the criteria under which an easement may be granted across NWFWMD-owned land to privately-owned lands.
