Bids may be delivered to the Clerk’s Office in the Calhoun County Courthouse, Blountstown, Florida 32424. Bids must arrive before deadline. Bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. or as soon afterwards as possible. Bids must be sealed in an envelope marked “sealed bid for ship rehab” and identified by the name of the firm, and the date and time of the bid opening.A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. local time in room 117 in the Calhoun County Building Department located on the 1st floor of the Calhoun County Courthouse.
