Legal Notices For 08-21-09 Legal Notice BLOUNTSTOWN TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT #013.014 NOTICE TO RECEIVE SEALED BIDS The City of Blountstown will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in providing the requested services for the following project: BLOUNTSTOWN TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS The project is located at the Depot Trailhead in Blountstown, Florida. The project improvements will include the construction of a new restroom, pavilion, playground equipment and concrete sidewalk. Cost for plans and specifications will be $ 75.00 per set and is non-refundable. Checks should be made payable to PREBLE-RISH, INC. The substantial completion date for this project will be 60 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder and fully complete with 90 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $250.00 per day.
