The scope of this project will include the surveying and design of sidewalk along the entire length of Smith Street and North Street, Evans Street (from Smith St. to North St.) and Fuqua Circle (from Smith St. to North St.). FDOT FPID No. 429870-1-38-01 and 429853-1-38-01. CONSULTANT ELIGIBILITY: It is a basic tenet of the County’s contracting program that contracts are procured in a fair, open, and competitive manner.
