Kristan Paulette (Branton) Parrish

Kristan Paulette (Branton) Parrish, 29, of Altha, FL, passed away Sunday, March 21, 2010, in Jacksonville, FL. Kristan was born on July 2, 1980, in Marianna, FL, and had lived in Altha all of her life. She was a 1998 graduate of Altha High School and was attending Gulf Coast Community College in Panama City.Survivors include her husband, Tyler Parrish, of Altha; father and mother, David and Mollie Branton of Altha; mother, Ruth Wright, of Boca Raton; two sons, Jayce Parker McClendon and Kain Branton Parrish, both of Altha; three brothers, David Jemison and Justin Branton, both of Altha, and Cory Patrick of Boca Raton; one sister, Sharonne Jemison, of Marianna; paternal grandmother and grandfather, Pauline and Andy Anderson of Altha; paternal grandfather and grandmother, Jimmy and Agnes Branton of Altha; and maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Huber, of Marianna.Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 25, at 3 pm (CDT) at the Altha Church of God in Altha with Reverend Allen Nichols officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Olive Cemetery in Altha. The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 24, from 6 pm until 8 pm (CDT) at Peavy Funeral Home.
