The Kinard Volunteer Fire Department invites you to bring the family to its annual Halloween Carnival Fund Raiser Saturday, October 31, starting at 5 p.m. CDT at the Kinard Community Center on Hwy 73 South. Some of the activities at the carnival include a kids’ costume contest at 6 p.m., numerous door prizes, pony rides, cake walk, dunking booth, cake auction, haunted house, car bash, and various booths with prizes at most. Prices are extremely reasonable; booths cost either a quarter or fifty cents. Tickets will be available onsite for the $500 raffle and the quilt raffle.
