Kinard Halloween Carnival continues to grow each year

The Annual Kinard Halloween Carnival has grown to become one of the most anticipated Fall events in Calhoun County. Hundreds of youngsters dressed in their best costumes and enjoyed all the games and attractions Saturday night. For more on the Kinard Volunteer Fire Department’s fundraiser, see page 3.
