Kenneth Raines of Port St. Joe passed away Saturday, April 23, 2011, in Port St. Joe at the age of 54. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. ET, Thursday, April 28, at Forrest Hill Cemetery in Port St. Joe. Adams Funeral Home in Blountstown is in charge of the arrangements (phone 674-5449).
