Hazel Frances Smith, 81, of Clarksville, Florida, passed away Thursday, January 20, 2011, in Blountstown.Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 22, at Traveler’s Rest Freewill Baptist Church with Dr. Shawn Williams officiating.
