A Traffic stop was then conducted. Once the vehicle came to a complete stop, Deputy Baker approached the driver’s side and made contact with the driver, Alexis Shaw. Investigator Norris made a passenger side approach and observed Anthony Ernest Sansom chewing on a plastic baggie. Investigator Norris asked Sansom what was in his mouth, and he reached inside this mouth and pulled out a clear plastic baggie containing a small amount of crystal-like substance, consistent with being Methamphetamine.
