Dee Loraine Bamburg

Mrs. Dee Loraine Bamburg, 62, of Logansville, GA, passed away Friday, May 7, 2010, in Snellville, GA. Dee was born in Quincy, FL, and had lived in Logansville for the past nine years. She was a homemaker and member of the Open Bible Community Church in Ft. Myers, FL. Dee loved the Lord and served the church in many ways as Sunday School teacher and as Secretary of the WMU.Survivors include her husband, John Bamburg of Logansville, GA; three sons, Dewayne Peterson of Ft. Myers, FL, Harvey Scaff of Logansville, GA, and Elbert Scaff of Ft. Myers, FL; two daughters, Susan Peterson of Auburn, GA and Tina Love of Lehigh Acres, FL; two brothers, George Collier and Wade Collier of Panama City, FL; three sisters, Georgia Ann Beck of Camilla, GA, Vivian Bradford and Nadine White; 28 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.Funeral services were held Monday, May 10, at 2:00 pm CDT) at Peavy Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Tom Peters officiating.
