Mr. David E. Stump, 56, of Blountstown, FL, passed away early Saturday morning, November 27, 2010, in Panama City, FL. Memorial services were held Thursday, December 2, at 1 pm (CST) at Peavy Funeral Home Chapel in Blountstown with Reverend David Nichols officiation. Memorialization was by cremation.
