A Blountstown man who serves as a correctional officer at Apalachee Correction Institution in Jackson County has been charged with being a principal to aggravated battery. Terry Blair, 39, was arrested Sunday and booked into the Jackson County Jail. Check out this week’s print edition for the full story.
