Volunteer leader training will be held in the conference room at the Calhoun County Extension Office on Tuesday, August 4, at 5:30PM. The meeting should only last one hour, and is intended for current volunteers as well as interested teens and adults who would like to lead a 4-H club. Leader manuals, project books, and other training materials will be available at this meeting. Attendance does not imply commitment, attendees will simply be informed of the duties and responsibilities of a Florida 4-H leader, and will then be able to better decide if they are up to the task. For more information on how you can become involved, please contact the Calhoun County Extension Office at 850 674-8323 “The Foundation for the Gator Nation” an Equal Opportunity Institution
