Blountstown Middle School held 8th grade graduation Thursday with several students honored for excellence. Award winners included (from left) Amanda Greer, Jeanette Johnson Award of Excellence; Casey Johnson, valedictorian, Blountstown Rotary Club award, and Woodmen of the World award; Brandon Purvis, salutatorian and Lamar Jones award; Kayla Campbell, Elijah B. Hutchinson Award; Jordan Griffin, outstanding female athlete award; and Elijah Boyd, outstanding male athlete award. Congratulations to all the 8th grade graduates!
