Bike Florida participants make stop in Blountstown

Over 625 cyclists made their way into Calhoun County Monday morning, stopping for meals, tours of the M & B Train Museum and shopping at local businesses. The group, with participants from as far away as California and Maine, are part of a week-long Bike Florida Forgotten Coast Tour from Tallahassee to Apalachicola. The Hugh Creek Library played host to several members of the tour with Prayer Chainers Church providing a delicious meal. The riders pedal from 40 to 65 miles per day during the adventure.
