What a weekend! 2023 Weightlifting season is in the books and what a year it was! Proud of all of our lifters this year and especially proud of those who represented us at State! Walked away with 5 medals (BHS Program record) and a lot of memories and experiences we can learn and grow from! 10th grader Layla Goins placed 3rd in Traditional and 4th in Olympic. 10th grader Kayelin Green placed 5th in both Traditional and Olympic and 8th grader Halli Barnhart placed 6th in Olympic. 10th grader Aubree Whitfield just missed the podium placing 7th in Olympic and Traditional as well as Halli who placed 7th in Traditional.
