Altha FCCLA Chapter won big at ‘23 State Leadership Conference

Altha School’s  FCCLA chapter won BIG at the 2023 Florida State Leadership Conference.  Many students were able to “Spotlight Their Future with Florida FCCLA”!
Chelsea Edenfield was elected as the 2023 -2024 State Executive Council President – Elect. Katie Barth will represent Region 1 on the State Executive Council as the Vice-President of Management.  Altha students came home with a total of 3 bronze medals, 12 silver medals and 5 gold medals. Those representing Florida at National Leadership Conference include- National Programs in Action ( Averee Reisen, Arabella Lamb & Katie Barth) , Professional Presentation (Chelsea Edenfield), and  Chapter in Action Display (Hazel Martin & Marissa Scott).  These students along with the newly elected state officers will attend the National Leadership Conference in Denver , Colorado this summer! A BIG thank you to the Diamond Corner, Waldorff Ace Hardware , and Jemison Heating and Cooling for sponsoring Altha School FCCLA with tshirts.
