BY COACH ROBBIE SMITH The Altha Boys Weightlifting Team placed third out of 12 schools at this year’s Big Bend Meet. Senior Lucas Basford helped lead the Wildcats by winning the heavyweight division with a 670 lb total. The boys will travel to Blountstown on Thursday for the section 2 state quarterfinals.
