On March 25, 2026, the Honorable Judge C. Bufano signed a search warrant for the residence of 17407 NW Green Acres Road, Bristol, Floridan 32321. The search warrant was in regard to violations of Florida Statute Chapter 893.
On March 26, 2026, at approximately 0630 hours, Investigators with the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office, members of the NorthStar Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force, Troopers of the Florida Highway Patrol, and Agents of the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms conducted an operational brief prior to execution of the search warrant. It was discovered there were approximately 10 structures and 3 vehicles on the property which were believed to be in use.
There was an airstream camper trailer on the prop-erty, just off Green Acres Road, which was known to be occupied by Anthony Forte. There was a single wide trailer on the south side of the property, which was known to be occupied by Jonathon Carmichael and Jessica Anderson.
There were (3) additional camper trailers on the east side of the property; one of which was known to be occupied by Billy Jo Byrd. There was a severely damaged trailer on the property, which was thought to be unoccupied. There were additional sheds on the property, which were thought to be unoccupied as well.
On March 26, 2026, at approximately 0736 hours, Investigators with the Liberty County Sheriffs Office, members of the NorthStar Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force, Troopers of the Florida Highway Patrol, and Agents of the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, executed the aforementioned search warrant on the property of 17407 NW Green Acres Road, Bristol, Florida.
Upon Law Enforcement arrival, initiated emergency lights on both marked and unmarked patrol vehicles. Law Enforcement also utilized a PA speaker on a patrol vehicle and announced “SEARCH WARRANT.”
It should be noted, Jonathon Carmichael was outside of his main residence in the yard area. I unholstered my agency issued Glock 17 handgun, pointed it in his direction, man gave clean verbal commands to get on the ground.
Jessica Anderson was observed sticking her head through the exterior door from the bedroom. Anderson was also ordered to exit the residence. Law Enforcement ordered Jeffrey Pullam and Ramona Dean out of the living room area of the trailer Carmichael and
