2023 FL River Fest Ambassador Named

Linda Kathryn Blackburn was named the 2023 FL River Fest Ambassador. Linda Kat is the daughter of Michael and Brandy Blackburn of Blountstown, FL. She is a Senior at Blountstown High School where she is a member of SGA, SWAT, BETA & CCTC and she also boasts a 3.9 GPA. Linda Kat is excited to represent Florida River Fest as its official conservation and recreation ambassador. She will spend her year of service promoting area outdoor recreation, conservation issues, and next year’s festival.
