Justin Terry attended FCCLA National Convention in July in order to compete in Job Interview. Here Justin had to compile a portfolio on a job that he was interested in and had spent time researching. He also had to fill out a job application on site and complete a job interview where he was asked questions pertaining to that chosen job. Justin represented Blountstown High School well. He came home with a silver metal.
Over 7000 students from around the United States including the Virgin Islands and Jamaica joined Justin at this convention. The students in attendance enjoyed energetic sessions and trading state pins. Plans are already being made for next year’s national convention in Nashville Tennessee.
